Non-payment of fees
WIM MENSING ACADEMY LLC is not responsible for payment method failure on the part of the customer and is committed to ensuring that its payment gateway systems are functioning properly.
In case of not receiving the payment on the established date, the membership platform automatically blocks the user, notifying the user at the same time of this situation to regularize the payment.
Automatically and for 7 days the platform will try to automatically charge the monthly fee, during that time, the user will continue to be blocked on the platform and in any activity related to the membership.
The client can request to regularize his situation manually during those 7 days through the enabled communication means.
After these 7 days, the user’s account will be deactivated with immediate effect and without the possibility of reimbursement of the amount paid to date.
To request a grace reactivation after the deadline, the customer must contact ayuda@wimmensingacademy.com, and after receiving the payment, we will consider activating the user in the membership.
Failure to regularize the non-payment of fees will result in the definitive suspension of the service, the impossibility to access any content, the elimination of the user from the platform and its activity and the loss of the right to continue with the membership.
The rights to the bonuses that are outside the term agreed on the sales page will also be forfeited.
The payment of the installments after the agreed due date may accrue, in accordance with Law 3/2004 of December 29, 2004, collection management expenses, late payment interest and bank charges for non-payment, if any. Default interest, in accordance with the aforementioned Law, is understood to be the sum of the interest rate applied by the European Central Bank to its financing operations published in the Official State Gazette plus seven percentage points.

Right to Deny Access:

Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal by you, I will reimburse you for all payments you have made to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to effect such reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise. Disclaimer of Liability

Intellectual property and prohibitions
